Terms and Conditions
OHG Tile requires 50% payment at
the time of ordering and 50% payment prior to order shipment.
Payment is accepted by credit card or
business check.
Please indicate the preferred mode
of order shipment and designated carrier.
If routing instructions are not indicated on the order OHG Tile will
ship UPS Ground or LTL carrier. Freight
cost is not included in the original order total and is added to the
merchandise total prior to shipping.
Lead time for product will vary
depending upon seasonality.Orders
placedMonday through Friday will be
scheduled for production within 48 hours.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be scheduled for
production within 24 hours of the next business weekday.
In general OHG Tile will ship orders within
three weeks of the order date.
